Because smart wearables combine specialized sensor hardware, optical modules, microcontrollers, and firmware algorithms, unexpected technical anomalies can arise during deployment. 45-Day Commercial Return & Evaluation Guarantee

We provide international trade buyers, distributors, and sample-evaluating partners with a 45-day commercial evaluation framework from the date of shipment delivery.

Standard Return Criteria

• Items must be returned in original merchantable condition with full standard packaging, accessories, charging cords, and user documentation intact.
• Products exhibiting manufacturing defects, sensor failure, or functional discrepancies qualify for full replacement or merchandise credit following inspection.
• For commercial evaluation samples, return requests must be logged with invoice reference and batch inspection notes.

1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Unless specified otherwise in explicit contract documentation, all FITVII health smartwatches carry a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty effective from the verified delivery date.

Warranty Coverage Scope

• Display panel malfunctions, touch layer non-responsiveness, or backlighting defect under normal operation.
• Optical PPG sensor, ECG electrode circuit, and internal biometric module hardware failures.
• Bluetooth module communication loss or main processor board execution failures.
• Internal battery charge degradation exceeding normal industry tolerance within 12 months.

Exclusions & Non-Covered Items

• Physical impact damage, frame cracking, screen shatter, or liquid ingress exceeding product IP rating guidelines.
• Damage caused by improper voltage inputs, third-party unapproved chargers, or unauthorized firmware modifications.
• Wearable units subjected to customer misuse, thermal extremes, chemical exposure, or unauthorized disassembly.
• Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers lacking valid serial tracing records.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) & Freight Damage Protocol

Commercial shipments and sample orders experiencing freight damage or immediate operational failure must follow our expedited DOA protocol within 48 hours of receipt.

DOA Verification Procedure

• Provide written notification detailing batch number, order reference, and specific malfunction symptoms.
• Attach clear high-resolution photographic evidence of external carton condition, serial number label, and device status, or a brief operational clip.
• Upon technical verification, FITVII dispatches priority replacement stock or processes commercial credit adjustments according to agreement.

Technical RMA & Logistics Workflow

Returned Material Authorization (RMA) procedures ensure traceable processing for all trade accounts and business clients:

• RMA Registration: Contact the technical service office with unit serial numbers to receive an official RMA approval code.
• Freight Terms: The client covers return transport freight for non-defect returns or warranty evaluations. FITVII covers outgoing freight for repaired or replaced units returning to the buyer.
• Turnaround Time: Standard warranty technical inspections and replacement dispatches are processed within 5 to 7 business days following facility receipt.
