Question 1

Can a FITVII smartwatch measure blood pressure accurately?

Accepted Answer

FITVII wrist models estimate blood pressure trends using optical sensors. For the most useful readings, calibrate the watch against a validated upper-arm cuff monitor, sit still for five minutes and keep your wrist at heart level. Trend readings support daily wellness awareness and are not intended for diagnosis or treatment.

Question 2

Does the blood glucose feature replace a glucose meter or CGM?

Accepted Answer

No. Blood glucose values on FITVII watches are non-invasive trend estimates for general wellness reference only. Anyone managing diabetes should keep using a fingerstick meter or CGM and follow the advice of a healthcare professional.

Question 3

How does family sharing work, and who controls the data?

Accepted Answer

On supported models, the wearer can authorize selected wellness trends to be shared with invited family members through the companion app. Sharing is optional, and the wearer can stop sharing at any time.

Question 4

Are there any monthly subscription fees?

Accepted Answer

No. FITVII smartwatches and the companion app features described on the official website do not require a monthly subscription.

Question 5

Which phones are compatible with FITVII smartwatches?

Accepted Answer

FITVII smartwatches pair with most modern iOS and Android smartphones via Bluetooth through the free companion app. Bluetooth calling requires the watch to stay within range of the paired phone.

Question 6

What warranty and return terms apply?

Accepted Answer

Orders from the official FITVII store include a 45-day return window and a 1-year warranty with repair support for eligible product issues. Full terms are available on the Warranty and Return Policy pages.

Question 7

Question 8

Can retailers or distributors work with FITVII?

Accepted Answer
